Invite a New Team Member
No email is sent automatically — you'll get a link to send them yourself over WhatsApp (or copy it to send however you like). Whoever opens the link chooses their own name, email or phone number, and password. New team members join with the standard User role — you can grant them extra access (like All Projects Access) or promote them to Sub-Admin from the Team Members tab afterward.
