Sheets are created automatically at the start of each day. Only leads that were not yet contacted carry forward into the new sheet. Leads with a meeting scheduled move onto the Meetings page instead, sorted by whichever meeting is coming up soonest. Contacted leads with no meeting, closed deals, and dead leads all stay behind in their day's record — contacted leads sink to the bottom of this list. Deal closed is set automatically once a lead's linked project is marked Completed — click Project on a lead to open it. Mark a lead Dead if the client went unresponsive or isn't interested; dead leads stop carrying forward.
